Today, on the Ricardo Vargas Michigan blog, I write about working out and music. A lot of people choose to listen to music while working out. Why is that?
Music can give someone who might have no motivation to work out, the motivation he or she might need to push themselves forward. Music can energize you. Music can fuel the fire inside you to move. Music is so powerful in so many ways.
Any time I want to get pumped up to move, I turn on a good upbeat track to move to. Almost instantaneously, I feel the energy I am seeking, and start moving.
