Ricardo Vargas is a Southfield, Michigan based Music Producer. Born in Lima, Peru, he moved to the United States at a young age. He is the CEO and owner of the music production company, Scenario Station, which is also based out of Detroit. Ricardo “Rick” Vargas produces music in Southfield, Michigan as well as Royal Oak and Detroit.
